Simple Tuna Patties

Ingredients

  • 12 (5 oz) cans tuna, drained
  • 21/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • 32 eggs
  • 41-2 tablespoons mayo (optional but helps bind)
  • 51/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a bowl, mix tuna, breadcrumbs, eggs, mayo, and seasonings.

Form into 6-8 patties.

Heat a skillet with a little oil over medium heat.

Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Serve with rice, green beans, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, or on bread as a sandwich.
